Options – subject videos

What can I study?

In addition to the Core subjects you must study (as instructed by the Department for Education) we also offer a variety of optional subjects which you can choose from. Students have a freedom of choice to select subjects which they find interesting, engaging and have demonstrated an aptitude for during Key Stage 3.

Due to our collaboration with George Pindar School we are also able to offer:

  • Childcare
  • Construction
  • German
  • Hair and Beauty
  • Hospitality and Catering
  • Music

These courses will run in one two-hour block per week and transportation will be provided for students choosing one of these courses. Students can only do one course at George Pindar School.
