Learners will cover three units of work:
Understand the Body and the Supporting Technology for Sport and Activity (written assignments)
The Principles of Training, Nutrition and Psychology for Sport and Activity (external written exam paper)
Applying the Principles of Sport and Activity (written assignments)
In order to gain a high grade in this subject, you will need to be competent at working independently, possess good IT skills, able to work as part of a group and meet deadlines.
What can I do afterwards?
